The vaccine and vaccine technology had been fascinating topics for several workers all over the world, since 1880 till now. Several outstanding source books have  been published and available like that of Banker, 1980, CDC Understanding Vaccines, 1998, Kiyon et al, 1996 and Kaufman, 2004, Milligan And Barrett, 2015 Vaccinology, Morrow WJW and associates, 2012, Vaccinology; Principle And Practice; Vashishtha VM and associates, 2014, IAP Text book of Vaccinology. “Vaccinology  at a Glance”  as a  text  is concise  and covers the topics of   vaccines  in an academic  and technological senses. The book  was  framed  into  two  parts. The first the introductory includes history and pioneer contributions, the second part consists of vaccine technology and vaccine immunity for: licensed vaccine, molecular vaccines and vaccine for neglected infectious diseases. This text stands as  an  excerpt  for a decade  from my  life in teaching course of  vaccinology  for fourth year students of major biotechnology, minor  biology in biology  department, college of science  to seven  academic  years and  student of major biotechnology, college of biotechnology, university of Qasim for three years. The lecture handout was updated to fallow the current advancement in the field of vaccine research. The book is intended to serve immunology and biotechnology undergraduate students and researchers in these fields.

Since 2016 till date , a couple of five years pass,  in which, the  science of vaccine [Vaccinology] gains outstanding current novel contributions like; reverse vaccines, mucosal vaccines, multi-epitope reverse vaccine and nano-vaccine. So the situation implied revision, the present second revised edition of the book “Vaccinology at a Glance, Lap Lambert Academic Publication” with new title” Vaccine for Biomedics”. The revised form included a third part that covers three new chapters as; reverse vaccines, mucosal vaccines and covid-19 vaccines. It is now oriented for biomedical researchers, biomedical professionals and biomedical students.

The book vaccine for biomedics is a second revised and updated version of the first edition of Vaccinology at a Glance, Lap Lambert academic Publisher Germany. The updated version was ensemble three parts, the introductory, the vaccine and the vaccine update. The text organized in 25 chapters covering essential vaccinology, vaccine technology and vaccine update. The reverse vaccine, mucosal vaccine and the corona vaccines were the add in the updated version. It is intended to be of use for biomedics professionals, and vaccine researchers.
