Abstract

As an oceanic resort city, Sanya's economic growth is driven by tourism, fueled by its unique natural landscape. Following the pandemic, tourist arrivals have escalated annually, widening the tourism sector's footprint. Balancing tourism demand and optimizing resource allocation across various attractions poses challenges. This paper examines such objectives by exploring government strategies, scenic features, and support services. Using multi-linear models, goodness-of-fit metrics, and factor analysis, the study concludes that revitalizing rural niche attractions under supervision is vital for achieving efficient distribution of tourism resources.
