The Artistic Approaches in Managing the Limited Sources of Financing for the Stability of Start-ups

Abstract

In the process of start-up from scratch, the most important things are resource acquisition, integration, redistribution and protection. It can be said that the creation history of every start-up company is a performance history of resource management art. From three dimensions of resource management, venture financing and intangible assets management, this paper demonstrates and analyzes the concept, content, type and strategies to deal with different targets of resource management. Moreover, it extracts several typical failure cases in the history of start-up economy, and analyzes the crisis caused by entrepreneurs' inappropriate management of resources with examples. Hope to give future entrepreneurs some inspiration and help to improve the success rate of entrepreneurship.
