In changing scenario of agriculture development, it is required to have "Well designed integrated farming system for inclusive growth of the agricultural community integrated farming system (IFS) approach focuses on a few selected interdependent, interrelated and interlinking enterprises of crops, animals and other related subsidiary profession. The various enterprises involved sustain the soil productivity through recycling of organic sources and are helpful in enhancing farmers income nutritional security.
I am happy to know that KVK, Chatra is achieving the goals through proper interaction of different enterprises in agriculture of small land holding farmers field and doubling the income. I hope this book motivates rural youth, farmers and all others to think about agriculture and start working in this sector.
