Ginger is known in many countries for its gastronomic value but also for relieving various ailments such as rheumatism, fatigue, nausea, colds, headaches and especially digestive problems. This product is consumed in different forms, it is a very beneficial root for human health. Ginger aids digestion, has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, is very good for the heart, gives energy, grows hair and produces collagen. This culture has been developing on a large scale in production areas since the arrival of Covid-19.
