Anatomy is foundation of Medical Education and all medical branches have evolved from Anatomy. No two individuals are alike. So, structures be it artery, vein, nerve, organs, muscles and bones also vary from individuals to individuals. These variations are source of failure cases during surgical procedures. If surgeon is unaware of these variations, it lead to fatal complications including heaping of litigations. So, attempt is being made to consolidate all arterial variations of upper and lower limbs in this monograph. The information enshrined in this monograph will of utmost use to vascular surgeons and radiologists. The application of anatomical knowledge of the arterial system is important to clinical practitioners requiring access to available sites for investigations, procedures or clinical examination. The increasing reliance upon high-tech diagnostics and other clinical examination skills to professions supplementary to medicine may fail to take into account various anatomical changes in peripheral pulses particularly when they are notoriously difficult to identify reliably. This monograph will be of pragmatic importance to both academicians and clinicians especially vascular surgeons.
