This chapter discuss about New Technologies in the health sector. Health systems globally are facing increasing demands for highly sophisticated services, yet they h ave limited resources and current and projected shortages of health professionals. Approaches to Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) implementation used in other industries have had limited success in the health sector. This is due in part to the sector's unique organisational and workforce characteristics. Healthcare organisations are complex. However, the procedure is complicated, and its implementation necessitates a lot of work. However, it also offers new opportunities for experts, patients, and healthcare organisations. Knowing how to utilise them and being aware of the benefits associated with their use will support professional practise and broaden knowledge, both of which will be extremely advantageous for all parties engaged in the health process.
