Abstract

Thermal conduction issues of moving material media under the influence of laser heat sources have attracted the attention of many researchers due to their multiplicity of applications.

And in light of the continuous increase of those researches and applications, we have found in this chapter the analytical solution to the hyperbolic thermal conductivity equation for a semi-infinite moving medium, which was presented by Christov and Jordan [2] in the year 2005 AD.
