She teaches "Recovery methods and techniques in the field of performance sports", "Methods and techniques for evaluating the motor capacity of people with disabilities" and is an expert in performance handball for 15 years. She has doctorate in PES (Title: Strategies regarding the orientation of selection and training in private clubs – Handball) and she has a master's thesis (Title: Aspects and characteristics of the game of handball as an innovative dimension in optimization. human performance: from selection to recovery and adaptation). She is the member of management team in various projects: COST, POSDRU and ERASMUS. She has participated in the European Wheelchair Handball Championships and organized two international wheelchair handball and basketball tournaments in Brasov, Romania. She has international experience through Erasmus Mobilities (Promotion of wheelchair handball in Italy) as well as reviewer in WoS Journals (https://orcid.org/0000-0003-0382-6206 ).
