Abstract

The study was conducted in Sirarakhong Village, Ukhrul district, Manipur covering one hundred twenty respondents which were selected randomly. The data were gathered through pre-structured interview schedule by the researcher. The finding inferred that majority of the respondents belongs to medium level of socio-economic background and having medium level of adoption towards improved Hathei chilli production practices. Education, land holding, innovativeness were observed positive and significant correlation with their adoption of practices.
