It is impossible to overstate the value of getting enough quality sleep for your immune system. Sleep is crucial for a strong immune system, so as COVID-19 vaccines are given out, it's important that people get enough sleep to stay healthy and maintain their best possible health. “Getting enough, high- quality sleep on a daily basis boosts the immune system and optimises overall reaction to a vaccine.” Studies have shown that normal sleep after vaccination enhances the immune response to an invasive antigen, and this immunity-enhancing effect of sleep is clinically important. “Getting a good night's sleep before and after immunisation may be beneficial.”
