Abstract

Corona viruses are a type of virus that causes illness in both humans and animals. In mid-December 2019, an outbreak of Corona virus disease was discovered in a seafood market in Wuhan City, China. Regardless of clinical symptoms, a person who has had COVID -19 infection confirmed in the lab. The Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine, the Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine, and the Janssen (Johnson & Johnson) COVID-19 Vaccine have all been approved by the FDA for emergency use. It is impossible to overstate the value of getting enough quality sleep for your immune system. Sleep is crucial for a strong immune system, so as COVID-19 vaccines are given out, it's important that people get enough sleep to stay healthy and maintain their best possible health. “Getting enough, high- quality sleep on a daily basis boosts the immune system and optimises overall reaction to a vaccine.” Studies have shown that normal sleep after vaccination enhances the immune response to an invasive antigen, and this immunity-enhancing effect of sleep is clinically important. “Getting a good night's sleep before and after immunisation may be beneficial.”
