Abstract

Normal pressure hydrocephalus is a neurological condition predominantly seen in the elderly population. Core symptoms of this disorder are slowly progressive gait disturbances, falls, and ataxia followed by cognitive decline and urinary incontinence. Neuropsychiatric sequelae are a common occurrence in patients with idiopathic normal pressure hydrocephalus.
