While extending physical therapy and rehabilitation services to their clients or patients the rehabilitation team should always take heed of social and mental wellbeing of the patients while teaching the exercise plan in scientific terms or language its difficult for the patients to understand and follow keeping in mind the same the patient may be the given a plan comprising of some daily activities like what he play, how he performs, religious duties and fulfill social obligation as he is aware of these activities he will follow physiotherapists instructions and the same sequence of the daily activities of impaired, disabled and handicapped person by improving his muscles strength and range of motion. This article is focusing on Salah (prayer) which is performed by millions of Muslims five times a day. This Salah (prayer) patterns are having good encouragement to maintain muscles strength can play a role in physiological wellbeing including self reliance and self esteem. Improving musculature motor behavior, cerebral blood flow the Salah (prayer) involves activities as standing, bowing, prostration and sitting such activities insure full range of motion and muscles strength. These little movements may take this prayer system as model for restoring muscles strength and enhancing brain activities. There is scientific advance that moderate intensity activities by performed daily and as regular activity. Salah (prayer) is like free hand exercise which is convenient for children, elderly people, physically handicap in maintaining their physically health.
