Abstract

Paragangliomas are benign tumours arising from neural crest cells and can be seen in various parts of the body. Larynx is an uncommon site for these benign tumours. Although most laryngeal lesions are managed endoscopically, histopathological examination might throw up a surprise lesion as paraganglioma, which tends to recur. One such recurrent case is reported here which was managed by an open non-endoscopic approach.
