Tai Chi Chuan is an art of living pursuit for a healthy, harmonious and happy life. As a lifestyle, Tai Chi performance is not just a simple exercise but an art of living. It deeply connects the Chinese cultures of Taoism, Confucianism and Traditional Chinese Medicine, among others.
