Prof. Qing-Wen Wang
He is a professor at Shanghai University, China. He received his Ph.D. in Pure Mathematics from University of Science and Technology of China. He has published more than 150 articles in the fields of linear algebra, operator algebra and quantum computing. He has published 4 books by Scientific Press and Higher Education Press. Research has been sponsored by NWO of the Netherlands, the National Natural Science Foundation of China, etc. In 2012, he was selected to Shanghai Leading Talent. In 2023, he won the second prize of Shanghai Nature Science Award. In 2013, 2018 and 2022, he won the first prize of Shanghai Excellent Teaching Achievement Award for three consecutive times. In 2020, he won the second prize of Guangxi Nature Science Award and the first Wu Xinghua Prize in Mathematics, respectively, and was listed on the World's Top 2% Scientists 2020 by Stanford University and Elsevier. In addition, he has also been recognized as a Chinese Highly Cited Researcher for eight consecutive years from 2014 to 2022 by Elsevier. So far, he has served as the president of the Chinese Higher Education Association's Specialized Committee for Education Mathematics since 2018, and awarded the Weichang Distinguished Professor since 2020. He is also the chief editor and editorial board member of several international mathematical journals.
