Abstract
The main goals of the presented research are the development of compositions of dry plaster mixtures with low labor costs in production, the development of compositions with high energy efficiency, the selection of optimal compositions and implementation in practice with wider use of local raw materials. Plaster mixtures with such energy-saving properties, forming a porous structure, can significantly save the amount of energy consumed during the operation of buildings and structures. In the technology of modern finishing works, a current trend is the development of dry plaster mixtures using biological, energy-saving and local materials of natural origin. This article presents the results of scientific research and laboratory tests of the properties of dry gypsum mixtures with bio-plant micro fillers. Using the method of full-factor mathematical experimental planning, the optimal compositions of gypsum plaster mixtures used for interior walls of buildings were developed. As a result, mathematical models of optimal compositions with high adhesion strength of these substances were created. The results of the adhesion strength of the plaster mortar to various surfaces are presented, which is one of the promising areas in the field of dry construction. The influence of technological and ingredient factors on the adhesive properties of plaster mixtures was studied and regression equations for input variable factors were compiled.
