Abstract

The Confucian education advocates the idea of fundamentally discard the badness of human nature, widely promote the goodness of human nature, and strongly emphasizes on the view of “educating for all”. Yet, in the contemporary educational systems, family-education, school education, societal education and self-education promote self-success without consideration of others. Through analyzing the concrete and practical Confucian view of human nature as good, the ultimate purpose of this research is to offer reflective thoughts on the theoretical enquiry of the current social and educational issues.
