Schwannomas are rare benign tumors of the nerve sheath that frequently develop from the costovertebral angle and posterior mediastinum. Endobronchial schwannomas are extremely uncommon. In fact, only a few cases have been reported in the literature. Those benign tumors represent only 0.2% of all lung ones. The patients are usually asymptomatic. As the clinical and radiological presentations are non-specific, it can present a diagnostic challenge. We present a case of an endobronchial schwannoma that obstructed the right upper lobe bronchus.
