Assessment of Penile Strangulation Due to Metallic Ring: A Surgical Emergency

Abstract

Penile strangulation is a rare but life-threatening clinical condition. It is usually caused by the placement of any foreign object at the base of the penis for sexual stimulation. If immediate action is not taken, this could lead to serious complications and even death. In this study usual common method were unsuccessful therefore partial penectomy was done. Aim of study was that how we should approach in emergency in this situation.
