In the last decades, many books or monographs have been published related to Giant Magnetoresistance materials and their application due to the advantages of this material, especially in the Internet of Things era. This volume aims to give a “Perspectives on The Future of Research and Innovation in Giant Magnetoresistance Material”. From bulk properties until modification of the thin film and provide a novel phenomenon at the level nanometer scale. The application example was also offered in many areas. Advanced technology such as Ion beam irradiation or ion implantation is now also used to aggregate metals and semiconductors into nanoclusters with novel properties. Special attention is given to modifying CVD-Diamond Film for near-future application in Quantum Computing since the Ion Implantation technique could create Nitrogen Vacancies (NV) in CVD_Diamond.
