The Research Article Learning: An Approach towards the Effectiveness of Implementing the Thai E-Book Created in Microbiology Course

Abstract

Currently, very few Thai Immunology e-Books are available for online study. A newly created one were assessed the effectiveness of its implementation in terms of knowledge gained, written exam scores and student satisfaction by using a quasi experimental research design. The e-Book Reading group and no e-Book group performed higher mean scores in the posttest than in the pretest at p<0.01. All participants passed the Immunology examination and their mean score between groups were not significantly different. It is expected that the e-Book improvement with considant Internet access will fulfill the effective studying in the future.
