DOI: 10.9734/bpi/mono/978-93-5547-829-0This Medico – Legal Practical Manual for CRRI is designed to provide detailed knowledge to the CRRI’s / Interns as a practical guide in filling up the forms that are used in the field of Forensic Medicine and Toxicology (FMT) with particular reference to India.
This Medico – Legal Practical Manual has been developed with an objective to train and assess interns during the one week mandatory Forensic Medicine and Toxicology (FMT) posting to meet the goals set by National Medical Council (NMC) for an Indian Medical Graduate / Foreign Medical Graduate. I hope the Interns will find it helpful while dealing with any Medico – Legal Case (MLC) during his / her practice. This manual will be very useful to all the interns in future to work in any Government or Private Sectors.
It gives me immense pleasure to express my heartfelt gratitude and sincere thanks to my respected Professor and Head of Department Dr. SATISH KUMAR M.D., Department of Forensic Medicine and Toxicology, Mahatma Gandhi Medical College and Research Institute, Puducherry, for his expert advice regarding this Medico – Legal Practical Manual.
Last but not the least; I would also like to thank Amal Raj M. for being the backbone of all my efforts in all times & particularly during this practical manual preparation and true leading light of my life.
