He is a lecturer in food science, teacher-researcher and head of the food science division in the agro-food department, faculty of science and technology at the University of Ain Temouchent - Belhadj Bouchaib in Algeria. He is the member of the Clinical and Metabolic Nutrition Laboratory, University of Oran 1, Oran, Algeria. Author of numerous high-quality scientific articles, many of which have been published in reputable journals classified in classes A+, A and B.
