Dr. Anshul Bansal

He embarked on his academic journey at the Chemistry Department of Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra (Haryana), India, as a Research Scholar in 2009, under the esteemed guidance of Prof. Ranjana Aggarwal. He was awarded a Ph.D. degree (Chemistry) in 2014. Prior to his doctoral pursuits, he distinguished himself academically by securing the first rank in the Department of Chemistry during his M.Sc. studies at Kurukshetra University in 2008. His exceptional performance was further underscored by his success in clearing the CSIR-UGC NET (JRF) examination in the same year, highlighting his proficiency in the field. Currently, he is working as an Assistant Professor and Head of the Department of Chemistry at S. A. Jain (PG) College, Ambala City. With over a decade of experience in teaching and research, he has established himself as a dedicated academician. His contributions to the scientific community are reflected in the publication of more than 10 research papers in both national and international journals. His outstanding performance during his post-graduation earned him the prestigious C. P. Garg medal for securing the highest marks in Organic Chemistry. Furthermore, he received the Prof. S. M. Mukherjee Award for Excellence in Chemistry from the Department of Chemistry, Kurukshetra University. India. During the pursuit of his Ph.D., he has also worked on the "India-Ireland Cooperative Science Programme" in collaboration with Trinity College, Dublin, Ireland. As a lifelong member of the Indian Science Congress Association, he remains steadfast in his commitment to advancing the frontiers of Chemistry and inspiring future generations of researchers. Through his multifaceted contributions, he continues to play a significant role in shaping the landscape of scientific inquiry and innovation.
