Abstract

With regard to the stakeholder strategy of corporate governance, the idea of this paper is to evaluate the mental models of actors in the business. The use of the cognitive map to interpret these diagrams in order to explain the stakeholder approach's ways of thought and conceptualization. The paper takes a view of corporate governance and explores the stakeholder paradigm. A cognitive mapping method is also required.
