Dr. Dharmesh Chandra Sharma

He is a Consultant, Blood Transfusion Service, Cancer Hospital and Research Institute Gwalior, MP, India. He completed MD (Pathology) in 1983 from Gajra Raja Medical College, Jiwaji University, Gwalior, India and completed the Certificate Course in Blood Transfusion & Immunohematology form Institute of Immunohematology, ICMR (Indian Council of Medical Research), India in 1986.  From   September 1981 to November 2019, he worked in the field of Transfusion medicine & immune-hematology at the Blood Bank, Department Pathology, J. A. Groups of Hospital & G. R. Medical College, Gwalior (Department of Health and family welfare, Government of MP), India. He is retired from the job on 30th November 2019 as an Associate Blood Transfusion Officer, Incharge Aphaeresis Unit, BCSU & Blood Bank. He is a life member of ISTM (Indian Association of Transfusion Medicine) and ISBTI (Indian Society of Blood Transfusion and Immunohematology). He received awards of Best papers in section of Medicine & Healthcare at SCIRP. Title: Efficacy of Whole Blood Reconstituted (WBR) in Exchange Transfusion (ET) in Hemolytic Disease of New Born (HDN) —A Study of 110 Cases.  He got Professor A.P. Singhal Research Award (Research paper Award) and received funds by Indersen Jasobaadeve Charitable Trust (U.K.).  he is an  Editorial Board member of Open Journal of Blood Diseases, Academic editor of the Journal International Blood review and research, etc. he  has total 45 national and International publications and guide of 6 Post Graduate Thesis   to his credit.
