Abstract

Plasma cell granuloma is a rare lesion primarily shows polyclonal plasma cells. Most commonly seen in lungs, but it may occur in intraoral sites such as tongue, lips, oral mucosa. Plasma cell granuloma of gingiva is rarely seen and very few case reports have discussed the same. This case highlights the clinical as well as histological findings of Plasma cell granuloma of gingiva.
