Abstract

In this glossary, more than 1500 technical terms from the fields of molecular biology are defined allowing the user to find and understand the terms and concepts encountered in books and articles related to molecular biology. The need to publish this lexicon which has become, in my view, more than a necessity in the context of the evolution of this scientific field which, over the past 20 years, has been characterized by a rapid development. This glossary is aimed at a wide audience: students in molecular biology, biotechnology, genetic engineering, microbiology and agronomy as well as all those who wish to deepen their knowledge in this field.
