Abstract

The content of this chapter: 1-Introdution about the unalcohol dringking; 2-Classification of unalcohol Dringking;3- Nutritious drinking (Fruit Juice, Milk), 4-Drinks with stimulants

(Coffee, Tea, Cocoa..) All are necessary nutrients, but once: a-Drink an overdose (abuse) or at the wrong time, or the drink is contaminated with bacteria... all become toxic. This chapter is interested in “NUTRITIONAL CHARACTERISTICS AND UNSAFETY AND TOXICOLOGICAL TOXICOLOGY OF NON-ALCORD BEVERAGES” , especially about “Nutrition and Safety and Toxicity of Carbonated Drinks”, Benefits from endogenous carbon dioxide as well as Possible toxicity of carbonated beverages, The remarkable kite is the POTENTIAL HAZARDS OF GAZ BENEFITS”; makes  Increased risk of cancer . it show that , Harmful substances in carbonated drinks for example: 1. Sugar,2- Bird's nest water toxicity; The end of chapter show METHODS OF PREVENTION OF UNSAFE ALSO BEVERAGES EVEN HAZARDOUS
