Abstract

This chapter interested in:” FOOD CONTAMINATED BY POLYCLOBIPHENYL” (BCB). In this thee are:

  1. OVERVIEW OF COMPOSITION Dioxin; 2. SOURCE AND PROCESS OF PCBS INTO FOOD.3- there are 2 kinds: 1-The PCB in Laboratory; 2- Industrie PCB. Both types are capable of contaminating food through water, soil, and air, and when people eat or drink containing Dioxin, they can be poisoned (acute) and chronically poisoned, causing death only.4 - especially, PCB bioaccumulation through the food chain, very harmful for human, plant and Animal. The toxic effects of some sulfur compounds and PCBs are still unknown. To avoid eating a lot of contaminated food, it is necessary to limit the intake of fish, eggs, milk, poultry, fatty meat of unknown origin. Use some recommended measures to remove toxins before use.

Thereby, it is necessary to have more detailed studies in the near future to get full results on the toxicity of sulfur and sulfur compounds as well as PCB exposure from food. products and their impact on human health.
