Abstract

Chapter 1: Introduce and clarify the definition, Concept of Toxicology, Toxicology, toxicity, then, mention “Food Toxicology”. Process and pathway of toxic substances infecting and causing harm through food "through eating and drinking", through preservation, cultivation and processing. As well as the process of infection, harm and elimination from the body. At the same time, this chapter also deals with the principles of Food toxicology.
