Abstract

Self-efficacy is an individual's belief that they possess the ability to accomplish a goal. Self-esteem is an individual's self-evaluation of one's character. Organizational self-esteem is defined as an employee's self-perceived competence within the organization, whereas organizational self-efficacy is defined as an employee's confidence that their self-competence can be turned into successful action within the organization. The study's objective was to investigate the correlational relationship between occupational self-efficacy and occupational self-esteem and to find differences among gender. The Organizational Based Self-Esteem Scale (OBSE) and the New Occupational Self-Efficacy Scale were used to survey a total of 135 individuals, all of whom were employed (OCCSEFF). However, no association could be observed, and no difference between gender and self-efficacy or gender and self-esteem was discovered. However, because little research produce substantial outcomes, this one should be considered.
