Dr. Anil Tomar

He is working as an Assistant Professor and Head of the Department of Physics, S. A. Jain (P. G.) College, Ambala City, Haryana, India. He completed his M. Sc. in Physics in 2006 and Ph.D. in 2013 from Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra, India. He has more than 16 years of teaching experience. Before joining S.A. Jain College in 2014, he worked at Kurukshetra Institute of Technology and Management, Kurukshetra for 7 years. He had taken many academic responsibilities at the college level and at outside college as well. He has been bearing the responsibility of Coordinator IQAC of the college since 2017. His broad areas of research include material science and more specifically, he is working on conducting polymer composites and polymer-metal nanocomposites. He has published more than 25 research papers in journals of international repute and more than 10 papers in international conference proceedings. He has presented more than 40 papers at different international/national conferences/workshops/symposia. He has been actively engaged in organizing many national and international seminars or workshops. He is a lifetime member of many scientific societies. He is a reviewer of many national and international journals.
