Abstract
Human recourse management in any organization starts before any organization plans to enter human inside it. The success and future of any organization depends on deployment of right people on right position .Deployment a later activity highly depends on candidate selection and hiring. Various stages from employer branding to selection and appointment and all tools to attract aspirants for vacancies be it for recruits at entry level or member of policy makers are having very instrumental role in the entire process. This book is an attempt to draw a blue print to help and guide both the recruiters and recruitees. As the position and role of keeps changing in various stages, this book will help in fixing the right selection process and consequently the suitable candidate for deployment.
