This chapter describes an Unusual Oral Presentation of Lymphangioma Circumscriptum in an Adult. A benign hamartomatous tumour of lymphatic vessels is called a lymphangioma. Intra-orally lymphangiomas can be seen on the tongue. Various imaging techniques, including ultrasound and colour Doppler, are particularly helpful in determining the lesion's extent. The preferred course of therapy is surgical excision in the majority of cases. The clinical characteristics, colour Doppler imaging, histology, and therapy of lymphangioma are all included in this case study.
