Obesity in children is one of the biggest problems in Public Health in many countries nowadays. It has been increasing considerably in recent years. It is crucial to analyze the environment in which infants develop, as this will determine their habits, customs, and attitudes that will remain in their adult life, including the type of food they are used to and the physical activity they practice. The chief support for these behaviors lies with the mother and the motivation she provides to her family members. This chapter aims to review the interventions in nutrition education to avoid the increase in body weight among preschool-age children.
