Abstract

Noonan Syndrome (NS) is a genetically transmitted autosomal dominant disorder. Airway management poses a multitude of challenges in such cases. We report a case of a 10-year-old male child weighing 25 kg, who was diagnosed as a case of Noonan syndrome and posted for contracture release of neck under general anaesthesia. The present report describes difficult airway management during administration of general anaesthesia.
