Abstract

The relationship of local anesthetic, the vasoconstrictor employed in it, and the patient's health has long been researched, examined, and altered. The number of issues connected to the aforementioned characteristics has expanded along with medical and dental practices. The usage of local anesthetic agents and the vasoconstrictors employed with them in dental practice is reviewed here in relation to the medically challenged patients' circumstances.
