The Impact of Using Jargon Words in Daily Communication Within the Organization can lead to issues including inefficiency, conflict, poor morale and even legal complaints. An organization to ensure smooth functioning, and that goals are being met to the best of the organization ability, there must be a solid communication between the management and employees. Communication is supposed to be effective and efficient when it is being used in the organization. Management should ensure that there are less jargon words that are being used in daily communication with the employees and vice versa in order to avoid miscommunication that may be detrimental to organizational success. This is also to ensure that communication is still serving its purpose in the organization, of information or ideas sharing. Employees should be treated with care as they form a very integral component of the organization.
