Abstract

Ortner's syndrome, also known as cardiovocal syndrome, typically manifests with hoarseness of voice resulting from recurrent laryngeal nerve palsy caused by underlying cardiovascular disorders. This case report describes a rare presentation of Ortner's syndrome characterized by chronic dry cough in a patient with a thoracic aortic aneurysm that eventually led to aneurysmal dissection and malperfusion syndrome.
